• AI Visibility Audits ($997)

• GEO Roadmap & Strategy engagements ($2,997)

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

3. No Guaranteed Results

AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Claude, and others) are third-party systems we do not control, and their algorithms and outputs change frequently and without notice. While we provide research-based audits and strategic recommendations, we do not guarantee specific rankings, mentions, citations, or business outcomes from implementing our recommendations. GEO is an evolving field, and results vary by industry, market, and how fully recommendations are implemented.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver accurate audits and roadmaps, we rely on information you provide (business details, website access, competitor information, etc.). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with us.

5. Ownership & Use of Deliverables

Once paid for, audits and roadmaps are yours to keep, implement, and share within your own business or with your marketing team. We retain the right to reference our general methodology and anonymized, non-confidential learnings in our own marketing (e.g., "helped a real estate agent get cited by Gemini") without disclosing your identifying business details unless you've agreed to be named (e.g., testimonials).

6. Confidentiality

We will not share your specific business data, audit findings, or roadmap with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the service (e.g., research tools) or by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get AI Visibility Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Free calls can be rescheduled or canceled via your Calendly confirmation link. Paid engagement scheduling is arranged directly with us via email.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client, with a refund for any undelivered portion of paid work, at our discretion — for example, in cases of abusive communication or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
