We want you to feel confident booking with us. Here's exactly how refunds work for each service.

Free Visibility Call

No payment is required, so there's nothing to refund. You can reschedule or cancel anytime via your Calendly confirmation email.

AI Visibility Audit ($997)

Before work begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before we've started your audit, you're entitled to a full refund.
After work begins: Because the audit involves hands-on research across multiple AI engines, once work has started, the fee is non-refundable.
After delivery: The audit is considered delivered once the written report and walkthrough call are provided. At that point, the purchase is final. If you believe the audit was materially incomplete or inaccurate, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll review it and make it right.

GEO Roadmap & Strategy ($2,997)

This engagement begins with an application/consultation call to confirm fit before any roadmap work starts.
Before roadmap work begins: Full refund available.
After roadmap work begins: Because the roadmap is custom-built for your business, fees become non-refundable once work is underway.
After delivery: As with the audit, final delivery closes out the engagement. Concerns about completeness should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Email charity@getaivisibility.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process any approved refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

If you have a concern about your service, please reach out to us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute or chargeback. We're a small, one-person business and genuinely want you to be satisfied with what you receive.
