Who was the client in this case study?

A residential and commercial real estate brokerage. The business name is withheld at the client's request.

What problem was the client facing?

Despite strong traditional SEO, the brokerage was almost invisible in AI-generated answers, ranking #81 in the AI Visibility Index with zero citations on key pages like About Us, buyer resources, and commercial listings.

What did GetAIVisibility do to fix it?

I audited every page for AI readability, benchmarked the site against competitors, and restructured the highest-opportunity pages for clarity and topical authority without changing the human-facing experience.

What were the results of the AI visibility optimization?

In one week, the brokerage's AI visibility rank improved from #81 to #62, a gain of 19 spots, with a 4.79% increase in overall visibility score and 5 pages earning first-time citations from AI platforms.

Why does AI visibility matter for real estate brokerages?

Buyers and sellers increasingly ask AI assistants directly for realtor recommendations instead of searching Google. If a brokerage isn't cited as a source in those AI answers, it is effectively invisible at the exact moment a buyer is making a decision.
